His painting
The tranquil, profound beauty of SAMA's "mental landscapes" allows the spectator to travel their own internal world.
We are snapped up by these paintings, feeling the irresistible need to penetrate them, to go to the confines of the horizon to become imbued with this serenity.
"The hands tell the eyes the secrets of the spirit," writes Germain Nouveau. Through tireless training, the artist masters the technique, thereby becoming ready to attain the spiritual reality. This communion is sometimes manifested in the form of innocence, bearing witness to a supreme spirituality. The experience of innocence and joy, which are nothing more than a unity, is a form of intuitive awareness which liberates the art: the painter thereby gains access to an artistic experience coloured with beautiful, good, and true.
